About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of The Hodler's Vault (THV) website, customer account and purchasing services, including products and promotions made available through the Website.

THV offers trading card game products and related services. Available offerings may include sealed products, individual cards, graded cards and other collectibles. Specific products, services and purchasing options apply only when expressly made available.

By creating an account, using applicable account services or placing an Order, you agree to the relevant Terms. We may also present additional conditions for particular products, promotions or services before you commit to them.

Eligibility and Accounts

Google is currently the supported Website sign-in method. You must provide accurate information reasonably required for account creation, payment verification and Order fulfillment.

Users must be at least 13 years old to register independently. Users under 18 should involve a parent or guardian where required and ensure they have authority to make purchases.

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised use.

THV may assign customer levels, account identifiers or benefits. These do not guarantee particular prices, allocations or availability unless an offer expressly provides them.

THV may restrict account activity when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, misuse, security threats or applicable legal requirements.

Product Information and Condition

We aim to describe products accurately, including their identity, language, set, type, condition and relevant packaging details.

Product listings may cover factory-sealed products, individual cards, graded cards and other collectibles. Applicable product condition and included contents are determined by the specific listing and any expressly agreed details.

Where images are illustrative, they may not represent the exact physical item supplied. Where a listing specifically identifies an individual collectible, its stated condition and photographs form part of the product description.

Third-party grades and certifications reflect the relevant grading company's assessment. THV does not guarantee future grades, resale prices, investment performance or changes in collectible market value.

If a product received materially differs from its description, please contact THV promptly for review and an appropriate remedy.

Pricing and Availability

Website Shop prices are displayed in Singapore dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges and other payable fees are shown before Order confirmation.

Displayed prices and availability may change before a successful reservation. Placing an item into a Cart does not reserve stock or lock its price.

The Checkout process confirms the quantity and price that can actually be secured. For eligible regular Shop lines, a lower available quantity may be offered for review with an adjusted total. You may accept or decline that revised reservation.

If an obvious pricing, listing or stock error prevents THV from fulfilling an Order, THV will contact the customer to explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction, alternative by agreement or refund of verified payment as applicable.

THV will not charge a customer for quantities that were not successfully reserved.

Ordering and Stock Reservations

A reservation begins only when the Website's stock system successfully confirms the Order, not when a customer opens a product page, adds an item to Cart or enters Checkout.

For normal in-stock Website purchases, the confirmed reservation generally provides a 30-minute payment window.

Customers must follow the displayed payment instructions and report payment through the Order page within the applicable reservation period.

If an unpaid Order is not claimed within its permitted window, the stock reservation may expire and its stock may become available to other customers.

Submitting a timely payment claim initiates payment verification and protects the reservation while the claim is reviewed under the applicable Order process. A payment claim is not itself proof of successful payment.

If payment was made but the Order has expired, or payment cannot be matched, contact THV with the payment reference. THV will investigate and determine the appropriate fulfillment or refund resolution; expired stock availability is not guaranteed.

Timed Deals and Promotions

Timed Deals are limited promotional offers subject to their displayed start time, end time, eligible quantities and applicable conditions.

Promotional prices are secured only after the Website successfully reserves the relevant Deal quantity during its valid purchasing window.

Adding a Deal to Cart does not lock its price or quantity.

If an eligible Deal cannot be reserved in full, the affected Checkout attempt may be rejected without reserving its other items. THV does not automatically replace an unavailable Deal with a normal-priced product.

A successfully confirmed reservation retains its committed promotional price while the Order proceeds through the applicable payment process, even if the promotion subsequently ends.

Where a reference price or savings comparison is displayed, it should reflect a valid, supportable comparison. Promotions are not guarantees of future value or resale profit.

Payments and Verification

Use only the payment methods and instructions displayed through THV's authorised checkout or communicated through verified THV channels.

Include the displayed payment reference where instructed so THV can identify your payment.

After submitting payment, use the Website's payment-claim function. THV separately verifies the payment before confirming receipt.

If payment cannot be identified or the received amount differs, THV may request clarification or additional information reasonably necessary to resolve the discrepancy.

Do not disclose banking passwords, card PINs or other sensitive authentication credentials to THV.

Payment confirmation, preparation, fulfillment and final Order completion are separate stages. A confirmed payment does not mean the goods have already been delivered or collected.

Pickup and Delivery

Available fulfillment options, applicable charges, addresses and instructions are displayed during Checkout and through the Order process.

Pickup is arranged with THV at the applicable collection location. Customers should confirm a collection time before visiting.

Where delivery is offered, the displayed delivery charge applies to the relevant Checkout. A same-day delivery option is subject to service availability, delivery conditions and operational confirmation; it should not be interpreted as an unconditional guaranteed delivery time.

Customers must provide accurate delivery contact and address information.

THV will provide relevant fulfillment information and tracking details where available. Delays caused by carriers, access restrictions or other circumstances will be handled reasonably, with customers informed where practicable.

Nothing in this section removes any applicable rights concerning non-delivery, incorrect goods or goods that fail to meet the purchase contract.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

An unpaid reservation may be cancelled while the applicable cancellation option remains available.

Once a payment has been claimed or confirmed, customers should contact THV to request cancellation or resolution. Verified payment records will be retained for reconciliation and any applicable refund.

Change-of-mind cancellation after confirmed payment is considered case by case and is not guaranteed.

If THV cannot provide an item for which payment has been confirmed, THV will arrange an appropriate refund or an alternative only with the customer's agreement.

If an item is incorrect, materially misdescribed, defective or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, THV will assess the circumstances and provide remedies consistent with Singapore law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Additional Products and Future Services

Different product categories may have different condition descriptions, packaging requirements, preparation arrangements or fulfillment considerations.

Preorders, deposits, storage, Vault services, grading services, consignment and other specialised offerings may be subject to additional terms shown before the customer commits.

The mere description of a possible future service does not make that service available or establish an entitlement to use it.

Where specific additional terms are presented for an available offer, they supplement these general Terms for that transaction.

Market Information and Website Content

Price histories, market highlights, product comparisons and other information provided by THV are for general reference and discovery.

They are not guarantees of market value, liquidity, resale price or investment performance.

Product names, artwork and trademarks may belong to their respective owners. THV's original Website design and content remain protected by applicable rights.

Customers may use the Website for its intended purposes but must not misuse its systems, impersonate others or interfere with other users.

Service Changes and Responsibility

THV may reasonably update the Website, available services and these Terms as its operations evolve.

Material changes to required account documents will be versioned and presented for review where applicable. Earlier acceptance records may be retained for audit and legal purposes.

We will take reasonable care in operating the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, THV does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or protection from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to mandatory rights and protections.
